My whole career sits at the intersection of movement and community. I train people, I run, I write about sport. The thread connecting all of it is a belief I keep coming back to: running has the power to bring people together, improve mental and physical well-being, and create meaningful connections that don't happen anywhere else. I've seen it in my clients, in run clubs, in locker rooms, and on long solo miles where I work out something I couldn't sort out anywhere else.
That's why running for The Phoenix means a lot to me. It lets me combine my love for fitness with a mission I deeply believe in. The Phoenix is proof that community, support, and healthy outlets like running can play a powerful role in celebrating sobriety and helping people build genuinely fulfilling lives. It's the kind of work I want to throw my miles behind.
My goal is to raise $3,500 to help keep Phoenix programs free for anyone with 48 hours or more of sobriety.
Your donation helps fund:
- Free fitness classes, runs, and group workouts for people in recovery
- A community where movement becomes a foundation, not just a workout
- Programs that help people build the kind of life worth staying sober for
Whether you can give $10, $25, or $100, every contribution helps Phoenix reach more people in more cities. Thanks for being part of this with me.
Together, we rise.
