The World's Largest Marathon

In 2025, the TCS New York City Marathon became the world's largest marathon ever with 59,226 finishers — and raised $680M for organizations like The Phoenix. This year, we're adding to that legacy.

Every step our runners take represents the thousands of steps our members take every day in their recovery journey. By supporting our team, you're helping keep The Phoenix's programs free and accessible to anyone seeking a sober active community.

Running, much like recovery, has taught me a kind of discipline I never knew I had. Both show me that the impossible is very possible, if I stay focused. A day at a time. Step by step.

I'm running with The Phoenix because I believe in their mission deeply. Most of us know someone touched by addiction, and recovery doesn't happen in isolation.
