What the day looks like
A sober Saturday the whole city shows up for.
For six years, Soberfest has turned Pere Marquette Park into the most alive sober space in the Midwest. People in recovery, people who are sober curious, people who just want to support someone they love. Everyone shows up. Nobody is hiding. For one Saturday in August, the whole city gets to see what a community looks like when it stops apologizing for being sober.

Neighborhoods gathering around sober fun. Conversation, games, makers' booths and speakers whose stories rearrange how you think about recovery. 18 and up, fully sober from start to finish.

Free food and drink while supplies last. A Soberfest staple. Local vendors and makers, plus trademark mocktails poured all day.

The Phoenix is a national recovery community built on one idea. Sobriety is the start of life, not the end of it. Every dollar raised at Soberfest 6 funds free programming for people in recovery. Group workouts, hikes, climbing nights, yoga, art classes and social events. No fees. No barriers. The only requirement to participate is 48 hours sober.
$48 supports one person with access to free Phoenix programming for an entire year. That’s the math.
