This Dry January, our team is committing to complete 48 reps each of DB Snatches, Squats, Burpees, and Sit-ups over a single weekend. These 48 reps represent more than just a workout—they symbolize the 48 hours that mark the beginning of recovery and the courage it takes to start the journey.
