This Dry January, I'm participating in The "48" Workout Fundraiser to support The Phoenix and their incredible work building a sober-active community through fitness and connection.
My Challenge
Over one weekend, I'll be completing:
- 48 DB Snatches
- 48 Squats
- 48 Burpees
- 48 Sit-ups
These 48 reps represent the first 48 hours of recovery—a critical time that marks the beginning of a courageous journey. By taking on this workout, I'm honoring everyone who has taken that brave first step toward sobriety.
