As many of you know, my work with The Phoenix goes far beyond a career—it’s a movement I’ve been deeply passionate about for years. One of the greatest joys of this work is meeting incredible people whose lives have been transformed through our programs.
This year, our organization is launching a fundraising effort to expand programs nationwide and strengthen support in our local communities. Earlier this year, I lost a dear friend, Wil, whose memory continues to inspire me and guide the work we do every day.
